Aerin & Conner as they transition to UVA with their 57-day-old son, Callum. They are hoping that the Team at UVA will be able to figure out the heart regimen that Callum needs to be on and will not have to travel to Boston for an ablation. They would love for him to be home for Christmas. This is their first baby, and it has been so much on this sweet young couple.
UPDATE: I just heard from Aerin, and they will be bringing Callum home today! In time for Thanksgiving! What a great God we have! We are so excited for them!
