*A disabled mother with a 3-year-old has a very old home with significant roof decay. The contractor estimates over $11,000 in repairs. The integrity of the house is at stake. *A pregnant mother fleeing for her life with her four-year-old is looking for a new start in our area. She needs housing, a job, and childcare. *A grandmother who is caring for 8 grandchildren, great-grand nephews & nieces and various adults in SE Roanoke. Besides material support, she needs a break. *A 20-year-old mother with a three-month old is in need of direction. *An aunt living in Salem who previously took in a 17-year-old nephew to keep him out of foster care has now taken in a pregnant 14-year-old niece. The aunt is behind on rent, and utilities.
